I am a Ph.D. student at the Charles University in Prague working in the field of population genetics and conservation ecology. I am mainly interested in rare and endangered plant species, with my current research focusing on Jurinea cyanoides as part of the LIFE for Jurinea project. By combining genetic, demographic and ecological data, I aim to understand how genetic diversity influences population persistence and how these findings can support evidence-based conservation. I also have a background in taxonomy and evolutionary genetics.
