I am a molecular biologist and I am responsible for the laboratory part of the projects I work on. Currently, these are projects related to the identification of the soil and root microbiome and projects studying the genetic diversity of populations.

Expertise
Management of molecular part of projects – design, optimisation, work coordination
Molecular biology techniques: DNA extractions, preparations of NGS libraries (WGS, RAD,
target capture amplicon sequencing), microsatellite analyses
Basic bioinformatics processing of sequencing data
Student support in laboratory techniques
