Realization to: 2019
Summary: Using molecular techniques, cytogenetics and bioinformatics, we will investigate the nature and evolutionary dynamics of foreign genetic material originating from panicoid grasses in the genus Hordeum (Triticeae, Pooideae). We aim to verify its potential origin by multiple horizontal gene transfer.
