Summary: The main activities include restoring damaged grassland habitats (removing shrubs, preparing sites for long-term management), restoring extensive grazing as the most suitable method of long-term management, eliminating the invasive plant Dictamnus dasycarpus, building a functional volunteer system including regular annual volunteering by Czech and foreign participants, and raising awareness among the public and key participants through seminars and excursions. The planned procedures will contribute to the objectives of the priority areas of the LIFE sub-program for the environment, as it focuses primarily on the management of the Natura 2000 network. The project will carry out a number of specific actions in the areas of protection, monitoring, and awareness raising, with the aim of improving the conservation status of the habitat types listed in Annex I of the Habitats Directive within the following seven Community sites: CZ0624104, CZ0624043, CZ0214050, CZ0624130, CZ0620147 , CZ0624060 and CZ24020.
