Investigate the impact of transgenerational effects (TGE) on the adaptation of a clonal plant to various biotic and abiotic stresses within the framework of its interactions with soil microorganisms. Conduct a comparative analysis of transgenerational adaptation between clonal and sexual progeny of wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca). Evaluate the involvement of DNA methylation and gene expression in mediating TGE. |
