Summary: The project focuses on the creation of information base for a compilation of ex situ conservation methodologies for local populations of endangered plant species. It provides two general methodologies and two of plant conservation of specific communities: 1) general methodology of ex situ conservation (strategic and legal framework, possibilities of conservation, evidence) 2) general methodology for clonal plants (preservation of clonal plants as a genetic source, a selection of plants to the clone archive), 3) methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral’s poor substrates (claims of 11 species in nature, detailed requirements for cultivation), and 4) methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral’s rich substrates (claims 7 species in nature, detailed requirements for cultivation).
