Summary:	The aim of our project is to elucidate the diversity and taxonomic position of polymorphic genus of green algae (Chaetophorales - Chlorophyta; Klebsormidiales - Streptophyta) important for water management on the family and species level with using the combined, molecular, morphological and ecological approach, and special cultivation methods.
