Summary: Project addresses use the new resources with a high lipid rich health beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) OMEGA-3 type. Will be used exclusively eustigmatophytes (mainly microalga Trachydiscus minutus). Concurrently will be cultivated microalgae from the group chlorophytes which produce large amounts of carotenoids (particularly beta-carotene), which have antioxidant properties. On the basis of the biomass will be formulated feed additives for poultry. It will be studied the biotransformation of fatty acids and antioxidants in the final product - innovative functional food - chicken and egg - enriched PUFA and antioxidants. Finally, it will be evaluated the impact of these products on the human body.
