I am broadly interested to unravel the chemical and molecular mechanisms governing interactions between plants and their biotic and abiotic environment. Particularly, the emphasis is on physiological and molecular understanding of cold acclimation and de-acclimation processes in plant populations. I use metabolomic and transcriptomic approaches to study multilayered control of these acclimation processes in natural environments.
