I am a plant ecologist primarily interested in dynamics of species at landscape scale. My main interest is to understand the determinants of current (but also past and future) species distribution. To identify the important abiotic and/or biotic determinants of species landscape-level distribution I use various methods. These methods include also modelling approach that is very helpful in further estimation of possible species prospect. My research is mainly focused on dynamics and distribution of dry grassland species.
