Marika Halmová is focused on vegetation ecology, specifically on critical phase of plant life cycle – seeds and seedlings. She studied Biology and Geology (Bc. 2018) and Botany (Mgr. 2020) at the Faculty of Science, Palacky University, Czech Republic. Since 2020 she continues with her doctoral studies at the same university. In 2021 she started working as doctorand at the Department of Vegetation Ecology of the Institute of Botany of the Czech Academy of Science.
