I am a Botanist with Ph.D. in Plant Anatomy. Currently, I’m working with the economic spectrum of plant species from alpine environments, focusing on their belowground bud-bearing organs. Moreover, I am interested in projects that involve plant anatomy, structural adaptations of plants to natural stresses and disturbances, and plant ecology.
Expertise:
– Plant Anatomy, Belowground bud-bearing organs, bud bank, plant ecology.
Education:
– Bachelor in Biological Sciences – Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS)/Brazil
– Masters in Plant Anatomy – Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS)/Brazil
– PhD in Plant Anatomy – State University of Campinas (Unicamp)/Brazil
Employment:
– Post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences – Třeboň/CZ
