Summary:	The aim of this project is to find a suitable species with high concentration of substance "ingenol mebutat", substance helping against of skin cancer. Planned experiments with Euphorbia peplus were not realized for unexpected results of chemical analyses and instead of this were sampled another potentially suitable species, especially Euphorbia myrsinites and E. paralias from different populations differing growing in different environmental conditions.
