Do roku 2016 jsme tvo\u0159ili jedno odd\u011blen\u00ed pod spole\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem Odd\u011blen\u00ed vegeta\u010dn\u00ed ekologie, kde paleoekologie m\u011bla sv\u00e9 tradi\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edsto. V roce 2017 vzniklo samostatn\u00e9 Odd\u011blen\u00ed paleoekologie. V sou\u010dasnosti tvo\u0159\u00edme dv\u011b pracovn\u00ed jednotky: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Odd\u011blen\u00ed vegeta\u010dn\u00ed ekologie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibot.cas.cz\/paleolab\/\">Odd\u011blen\u00ed paleoekologie<\/a>, kter\u00e9 spolu \u00fazce spolupracuj\u00ed.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na\u0161e hlavn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed i aplikovan\u00fd v\u00fdzkum ekologie vegetace, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s ohledem na dlouhodob\u00fd v\u00fdvoj i kr\u00e1tkodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dynamiku a interakce lidsk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edrodou. T\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdzkumu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibot.cas.cz\/oddeleni-vegetacni-ekologie\/cs\/discipliny\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">propojen\u00ed n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00fdch a humanitn\u00edch discipl\u00edn<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0s c\u00edlem vysv\u011btlit zm\u011bny ve druhov\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed a biodiverzit\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed obou pracovi\u0161\u0165 jsou <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibot.cas.cz\/oddeleni-vegetacni-ekologie\/cs\/laboratore\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">laborato\u0159e<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0pro anal\u00fdzu p\u016fdn\u00edch vzork\u016f a p\u0159\u00edpravu paleoekologick\u00fdch prepar\u00e1t\u016f. Zab\u00fdv\u00e1me se proto anal\u00fdzou fosiln\u00edho rostlinn\u00e9ho pylu, makrozbytk\u016f (semena, pletiva, mechorosty, d\u0159evo) a rozsivek z r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f mok\u0159adn\u00edch biotop\u016f a sna\u017e\u00edme se rekonstruovat jejich vznik, v\u00fdvoj a \u00a0minul\u00e9 environment\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory (teplota, trofie, v\u00e1pnitost) pomoc\u00ed tr\u00e9novac\u00edch soubor\u016f a p\u0159enosov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-petra-hajkova-phd\/\">Petra H\u00e1jkov\u00e1<\/a><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Dynamika les\u016f ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Migrace a dynamika d\u0159evin do oblasti st\u0159edo-v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropy, vliv klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn, po\u017e\u00e1rov\u00e9 eventy a lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148ovaly dynamiku v\u00fdvoje les\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Rekonstrukce holoc\u00e9nn\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rov\u00e9 dynamiky v les\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pochopen\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho disturban\u010dn\u00edho re\u017eimu je nezbytn\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem pro modelov\u00e1n\u00ed dynamiky lesn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f. Jedn\u00edm ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch ekologick\u00fdch faktor\u016f ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdvoj lesa jsou po\u017e\u00e1ry. Jejich vliv na sou\u010dasnou dynamiku temper\u00e1tn\u00edch les\u016f st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy je v\u0161ak do velk\u00e9 m\u00edry marginalizov\u00e1n. V rozporu s t\u00edm jsou v\u0161ak nesporn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o v\u00fdskytu ohn\u011b ve st\u0159edoevropsk\u00e9 krajin\u011b v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho Holoc\u00e9nu, co\u017e dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed \u010detn\u00e9 n\u00e1lezy uhl\u00edk\u016f v p\u016fd\u00e1ch i sedimentech jezer a ra\u0161elini\u0161\u0165. Paleoekologick\u00e9 metody zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se na stanoven\u00ed m\u00edry depozice zuhelnat\u011bl\u00e9ho organick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b rekonstruovat historick\u00fd po\u017e\u00e1rov\u00fd re\u017eim dan\u00e9 lokality a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed tak zhodnocen\u00ed vlivu ohn\u011b na vegetaci. V kombinaci s pylovou a antrakologickou anal\u00fdzou tak umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed l\u00e9pe pochopit vztah mezi klimatem, vegetac\u00ed a po\u017e\u00e1rem a l\u00e9pe predikovat zm\u011bny ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f pod vlivem budouc\u00edch klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Rekonstrukce v\u00fdvoje klimatu v Z\u00e1padn\u00edch Karpatech b\u011bhem pozdn\u00edho glaci\u00e1lu a holoc\u00e9nu<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rekonstrukce jsou zalo\u017eeny na r\u016fzn\u00fdch proxy, a\u0165 u\u017e abiotick\u00fdch (izotopy kysl\u00edku a uhl\u00edku z travertinu) nebo \u00a0biotick\u00fdch (nap\u0159. krytenky, pakom\u00e1\u0159i a pyly atd.). Tyto rekonstrukce jsou pak porovn\u00e1v\u00e1ny s klimatick\u00fdmi modely, hydrologi\u00ed zkouman\u00fdch stanovi\u0161\u0165 i v\u00fdvojem vegetace jak na mok\u0159adech tak i v cel\u00e9 krajin\u011b. Rekonstrukce klimatu je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jak pro pochopen\u00ed zm\u011bn vegetace v minulosti, tak i v sou\u010dasnosti, a to spole\u010dn\u011b se zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm vlivu lidsk\u00fdch aktivit.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-petra-hajkova-phd\/\">Petra H\u00e1jkov\u00e1<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/rndr-eva-jamrichova-ph-d\/\">Eva Jamrichov\u00e1<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Kvantitativn\u00ed rekonstrukce vegetace v holoc\u00e9nu pomoc\u00ed pylov\u00fdch dat a prostorov\u00fdch model\u016f vegetace<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Katedrou botaniky P\u0159F UK v Praze se v\u011bnujeme v\u00fdvoji modern\u00edch metod kvantitativn\u00ed rekonstrukce minul\u00e9 vegetace a jejich aplikaci pro rekonstrukci holocenn\u00edho v\u00fdvoje druhov\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed a diverzity vegetace ve vybran\u00fdch regionech \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky (B\u00edl\u00e9 Karpaty, \u017d\u010f\u00e1rsk\u00e9 vrchy).<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-jan-rolecek-ph-d\/\">Jan Role\u010dek<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vlivy vich\u0159ic na lesy a lesnictv\u00ed v posledn\u00edch 500 letech<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vich\u0159ice pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed abiotick\u00e9 faktory ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd v\u00fdvoj lesn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f. M\u00e1 to v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro spole\u010denstva organism\u016f a jejich biodiverzitu, co\u017e se projevuje na celosv\u011btov\u00e9 \u00farovni. Pro pochopen\u00ed dynamiky a dopad\u016f glob\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn na p\u0159\u00edrodu a lidskou spole\u010dnost je t\u0159eba analyzovat velk\u00e9 datov\u00e9 soubory, kter\u00e9 zachycuj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f na r\u016fzn\u00fdch prostorov\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch. Lesn\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9my zahrnuj\u00ed nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rostlinn\u00e1 spole\u010denstva v m\u00edrn\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b zejm\u00e9na Evropy, Severn\u00ed Ameriky a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie. Zm\u011bny jejich druhov\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed a biodiverzity zkoum\u00e1me pomoc\u00ed anal\u00fdzy opakovan\u00fdch historick\u00fdch vegeta\u010dn\u00edch ploch. Disponujeme velkou datab\u00e1z\u00ed opakovan\u00fdch ploch pro \u010ceskou republiku a jsme zapojeni do mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch konsorci\u00ed. T\u00e9matem se systematicky zab\u00fdv\u00e1me u\u017e po dv\u011b desetilet\u00ed, jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo podpo\u0159eno n\u011bkolika grantov\u00fdmi projekty (<a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/projekty\/lowland-woodland-in-the-perspective-of-the-historical-development\/\">&#8218;Lowland woodland&#8216;<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/projekty\/dlouhodoba-dynamika-lesu-ve-stredni-evrope-od-odhadu-k-realistickemu-modelu\/\">&#8218;Longwood&#8216;<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/clovek-jako-priroda\/\">&#8218;\u010clov\u011bk jako p\u0159\u00edroda&#8216;<\/a>) a publikovali jsme \u0159adu odborn\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f s t\u00edmto zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dynamika a sukcese vegetace na opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch pol\u00edch a antropogenn\u00edch stanovi\u0161t\u00edch<br \/>\n<\/b>V\u00fdvoj vegetace na b\u00fdval\u00fdch pol\u00edch a opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch louk\u00e1ch, vztah k p\u016fdn\u00ed semenn\u00e9 bance, ruderalizaci a izolaci lokalit. Od roku 2007 monitorujeme trval\u00e9 plochy zalo\u017een\u00e9 v roce 1991 v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm parku Ulu Temburong v Bruneji. Na jednom hektaru prim\u00e1rn\u00edho lesa evidujeme okolo 300 druh\u016f strom\u016f. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Brunejskou univerzitou, Mendlovou univerzitou v Brn\u011b a Palack\u00e9ho univerzitou v Olomouci sledujeme dlouhodobou dynamiku d\u0159evin, kterou d\u00e1v\u00e1me do kontextu diverzity rostlinn\u00fdch spole\u010denstev a podm\u00ednek prost\u0159ed\u00ed v jemn\u00e9m prostorov\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed. Zkoum\u00e1me, jak stromy ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed, resp. uvol\u0148uj\u00ed uhl\u00edk a tak p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke glob\u00e1ln\u00edm tok\u016fm tohoto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho prvku. Krom\u011b d\u0159evin zkoum\u00e1me spole\u010denstva bylin, kter\u00e1 jsou nem\u00e9n\u011b druhov\u011b bohat\u00e1 a ekologicky zaj\u00edmav\u00e1.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-et-mga-radim-hedl-ph-d\/\">Radim H\u00e9dl<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-marketa-chudomelova\/\">Mark\u00e9ta Chudomelov\u00e1<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Pylov\u00fd monitoring a anal\u00fdza recentn\u00edch pylov\u00fdch spekter<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V roce 1997 byl zalo\u017een pylov\u00fd monitoring v \u010cR v sou\u010dinnosti s mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm projektem <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pollen Monitoring Programme<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (INQUA<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> working group within the Commission on Palaeoecology and Human Evolution<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, UNESCO). Podle 32 pylov\u00fdch past\u00ed (Tauber pollen traps) ze \u0160umavy a Krkono\u0161 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch na v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9m transektu od ra\u0161elini\u0161\u0165 po vrcholy hor se sleduje ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed pylov\u00e1 akumulace (influx). V\u00fdsledky jsou ukl\u00e1d\u00e1ny do PMP Database (Neotoma database and Community).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Klasifikace a ekologie v\u00e1pnit\u00fdch slatin na r\u016fzn\u00fdch prostorov\u00fdch \u0161k\u00e1l\u00e1ch<br \/>\n<\/b>V\u00e1pnit\u00e9 slatiny jsou jedn\u00edm z nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edch biotop\u016f v Evrop\u011b v\u016fbec. V\u011bt\u0161ina lokalit zanikla a ty co z\u016fstaly jsou ohro\u017eov\u00e1ny eutrofizac\u00ed, odvod\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo absenc\u00ed hospoda\u0159en\u00ed. Studium vlivu zm\u011bn vodn\u00edho re\u017eimu, obohacen\u00ed podzemn\u00ed vody \u017eivinami a zp\u016fsob\u016f obhospoda\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed na jejich druhov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed je tedy velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich biodiverzity a pro navr\u017een\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho typu obhospoda\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s kolegy z Masarykovi univerzity se zab\u00fdv\u00e1me managementov\u00fdmi pokusy (B\u00edl\u00e9 Karpaty, Vset\u00ednsk\u00e9 a Host\u00fdnsk\u00e9 vrchy) nebo vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdmi vztahy mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi skupinami organism\u016f (c\u00e9vnat\u00e9 rostliny, mechorosty, m\u011bkk\u00fd\u0161i) a jejich prost\u0159ed\u00edm (vodn\u00ed re\u017eim, chemismus vody, vliv historie), a to na r\u016fzn\u00fdch prostorov\u00fdch \u0161k\u00e1l\u00e1ch.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/ekolbrno.ibot.cas.cz\/zamestnanci\/mgr-petra-hajkova-phd\/\">Petra H\u00e1jkov\u00e1<\/a><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Vliv biodiverzity na ekosyst\u00e9mov\u00e9 procesy a funkce<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vztahy mezi druhovou bohatost\u00ed a ekosyst\u00e9mov\u00fdmi procesy a funkcemi jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na druhov\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstev a jejich ekologick\u00fdch vlastnostech. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ekologick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed druh\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme predikovat jednak budouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj biodiverzity, ale tak\u00e9 utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch spole\u010denstev a jejich ekosyst\u00e9mov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem je nezbytn\u00e9 posoudit jednak \u201cresponse traits\u201d, kter\u00e9 determinuj\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f druh\u016f na zm\u011bnu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 \u201ceffect traits\u201d, kter\u00e9 vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed vliv druh\u016f na ekosyst\u00e9mov\u00e9 funkce. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto v\u011bdomost\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00edme popsat mechanismy, kter\u00fdmi diverzita rostlin ovliv\u0148uje fungov\u00e1n\u00ed lesn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich bylo pa\u0159ezen\u00ed. V\u017edy p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 bylo tak\u00e9 nelesnick\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed lesa, kter\u00e9 zahrnovalo hrab\u00e1n\u00ed steliva, kosen\u00ed sena a krmen\u00ed prasat (do les\u016f se vyh\u00e1n\u011bla prasata, aby se krmila na \u017ealudech). Od poloviny 20. stolet\u00ed ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela zanikly, av\u0161ak b\u011bhem dlouh\u00fdch stalet\u00ed zanechaly v\u00fdraznou stopu v lesn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9mech. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je jednak prozkoumat, jak\u00e1 je historick\u00e1 stopa tradi\u010dn\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f hospoda\u0159en\u00ed v lesn\u00ed vegetaci, jednak jak\u00fd m\u011blo dopad jejich opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch modern\u00edho lesnictv\u00ed, a jednak obnovit tradi\u010dn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby hospoda\u0159en\u00ed v 21. stolet\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dely ochrany p\u0159\u00edrody.
