Realization to: 2019
Summary: Using sexual/apomictic Hieracium species and their natural/artificial hybrids as a model with a combination of NGS, cytogenetics, flow cytometry and embryology, we investigate changes in the repeatome following hybridization and how these may have replaced the sexual by the apomictic pathway.
