| Summary: | The integrated research has focused on regional groundwater, surface water hydrology, and vegetation structure . The detailed distribution and dynamics of population of Gentiana verna (morphology,seed production, dispersal, and germination) in nature reserve Rovná is monitored from 1999. Drainages, cessation of traditional management regimes are factors that are responsible for the longterme decline of Gentiana verna. Management plans need to take into account the position of conserved wetlands in the overall hydrologic budgets of the catchment. |
