The successibility of the outdoor ex-vitro culture of Potamogeton praelongus individuals raised in a tissue culture is described and evaluated. The optimum time found for \"hardening\" of the plants from the TC is cca. 1-2 months, before they can be used conveniently for introduction purpose. |
